Thanks for the energy rating done on my home in Feb. 2007. It is great to know that our home is helping save the environment and money. The Energy Star label has added appraised value to our home. Your reports on my home were great and the contractor did a great job following those reports. Our home is nice and cozy and I don't feel any drafts. My wife is proud that we did the rating because her major concern was air leaking through the floors and ceilings. Possible gases were being pulled into our home without us knowing it. Oh yeah, my energy bill was way lower in my new home than my old and it is 800 square feet larger.

Dear Thermal Concepts, I just had my roof repaired 1/14/2007. Wow it is amazing to see how detailed your report is on the water leak we didn't even know we had! We never saw water on the ceiling or the wall but, with your camera, it was seen pretty clearly. The roofing contractor was surprised that the leak was detected but was happy to repair it for free. If the leak had not been detected, I’m sure it would have been expensive to repair after the damage was done. I think I will have you check my roof every year.

Thanks so much for the energy audit, we had no idea how much energy we where wasting. Now that we understand how our home works, our energy bill has went down sharply and the improvements that you suggested were not very expensive to do. We see that it will pay for itself in no time. The reports were very helpful and professional. You should be proud of your service to the public because of the environment. We know by doing something now, we are helping to make sure our kids will have a healthier environment to raise there kids.
